At Ivory Baking Co., every order is handcrafted in small batches and baked fresh with care. Because our cookies are a perishable food item, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with the quality of your cookies, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ivorybakingco@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the cookies and packaging

We will review each situation and, when appropriate, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because our cookies are made fresh to order, cancellations or changes cannot be guaranteed once your order has entered production. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping Issues

Ivory Baking Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout, weather-related delays, or packages that are unable to be delivered due to circumstances outside of our control.

We take great care in packaging each order for safe arrival, including consideration of seasonal temperatures. If your order arrives damaged or there is a concern, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist.
