Ivory Baking Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout, weather-related delays, or packages that are unable to be delivered due to circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Schedule
To ensure your cookies arrive fresh and delicious, all shipped orders are carefully packed and sent Monday and Tuesday each week. Orders placed after Tuesday will be prepared for the following shipping window.

We take great care in packaging each order for safe arrival, including consideration of seasonal temperatures. If your order arrives damaged or there is a concern, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist.
